Iron Baltic flail mowers are effective and easy to use tools designed for ATVs and UTVs but can also be used with small tractors or any other vehicle equipped with a 50 mm / 2'' hitch ball. The flail mower is designed to effectively cut large grass fields, lawn and clear roadsides. The mower is equipped with a belt drive and a centrifugal clutch, that engages the blades automatically as the engine's revolutions increase. The anti-scalp rear roller follows the contours of the ground to prevent blades from penetrating the soil. The mower cut height can be adjusted from 0 to 120 mm / 4.7'' at different angles to match that of the ground.
Our flail mowers are available with four different engines. We recommend the 389cc / 13 hp Honda GX390 (not available until autumn 2021) engine for smaller areas and shorter grass, the 420cc / 14 hp Briggs & Stratton 2100 XR Professional Series for more demanding tasks, and the 570cc / 18 hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-Twin in case of rough conditions or higher workload.
Iron Baltic flail mowers are delivered in transport safe bolt-on / bolt-off steel crates, pre-assembled, engines pre-oiled, bearings pre-greased, run checked - ready to work.
