Why do you need a Clutch Kit?

When manufacturer tries to figure out how to calibrate the clutches on every model they sell, they don’t have an easy job. Manufacturers had to design their clutches to work over a wide range of uses and users. One customer will hang a plow on the front and push snow or haul wood. The next will install big mud tires and head to the mud/skeg or just go have some fun at driving trails. You get the picture! Because manufacturers have such a wide range of users and use, it´s difficult to adjust the clutch to work at its best in all tasks. Here clutch kits come along!

  • Best for trail riding, occasional mud and sand riding, plowing and hauling.

  • Softer engagement.

  • Low part of Helix will let you drive low speed with more rpm and therefore give more HP and torque to wheels.

  • High part is designed to give more, more and more upshifting with same rate than your engine is making more horsepower!

  • Better acceleration and overall feeling.

  • Quicker backshift which results in crisp throttle response.

  • Reduces belt slip and heat!

The kit has gone through long testing period – including real life driving tests as well as the dynamometer tests - before this specific sеtup combination chosen to go with this vehicle model / variator combination - the outcome you have here is the best and safest sеtup choice for you and your vehicle.
