Iron Baltic mini-motion package is an electric over hydraulic linear actuator featuring an integrated motor, pump, valve, and cylinder in a compact design. It is an entirely self-contained unit with no external piping, thus eliminating the possibility of oil leakage. The oil tank is sealed, which means it can be mounted in all possible positions.
The unit is designed to fit most ATVs and UTVs to allow the lifting, tilting, turning, and adjusting of attached equipment via the hydraulic cylinder. The mini-motion package makes the use of equipment easy and much faster as adjustments can be made without leaving the driver's seat.
The mini-motion package is powered by the vehicle's battery and operates off 12 DCV. A pilot-operated check valve makes the cylinder load retention firm and sure and results in zero backlash. The unit displays excellent vibration dampening and it's load retention resists external force up to 13.7 MPa. A manually-releasable valve is installed to extend and retract the cylinder during a power outage or wire disconnection.
