Performance of all-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles is largely dependent on the set-up of the clutch system of the vehicle. Factory-fitted original clutches are calibrated for the standard factory-fitted tyres and suspension, and for universal use of the vehicle. If you wish to use your vehicle on more specific occasions or in more demanding conditions, such as for complicated farming or gardening works or for towing or carrying heavier loads, or you want to use oversize wheels and tyres for better off-road capabilities or even go racing, then your vehicle’s clutch system needs a different set-up, to match the use of the vehicle.

For these purposes, we have developed and offered 3 different types of clutch kits.

Our model-specific clutch kits include a detailed installation and set-up manual. Installation is not complicated but may require special tools and some technical knowledge, therefore professional installation and set-up are recommended.

  • Entry level and excellent choice for basic use! Can be upgraded to Stage 2 or 3 by adding secondary spring or Helix.

Our most popular, best all-around use kit helps to transfer the engine power better to the wheels. The kit includes a specially shaped Helix. The lower part of the Helix shape allows for driving at low speeds with higher RPMs, resulting in the delivery of more horsepower and torque to the wheels. Additionally, the higher part of the Helix is designed to increase upshifting in correspondence with the enhanced power output from your engine.

  • Suitable for ATVs with tires sized between 25”-28”.

  • The lower part of the Helix will let you drive at low speed with higher rpm and therefore gives you more HP and Torque to the wheels.

  • Better acceleration and an overall improved riding experience.

Stage 3 - ROAD Kits
 

The kit includes a specially shaped helix. The lower part of the helix allows you to drive at low speed with higher RPM, thereby providing more horsepower and torque to the wheels. The higher part of the helix is designed to offer progressively increasing upshifting as your engine generates more power!

  • Suitable for ATVs with lightweight road tires, sized between 25”-30”.

  • Special kit for On-Road use!

  • If you want to use the engine torque and get more range, this is what you want!

  • The lower part of the Helix will let you drive at low speed with higher rpm and therefore gives you more HP and Torque to the wheels.

  • The higher part of the helix is designed to give more, more, more, and more upshifting at the same rate as your engine is making more power.

  • This will let you use the engine torque at cruise speeds.

  • After tire speed is over 30km/h ( 20mph) the helix upshift is fast and gives faster acceleration if the engine has horsepower for that.

  • Recommended for only units with Ecu tune.
