Performance of all-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles is largely dependent on the set-up of the clutch system of the vehicle. Factory-fitted original clutches are calibrated for the standard factory-fitted tyres and suspension, and for universal use of the vehicle. If you wish to use your vehicle on more specific occasions or in more demanding conditions, such as for complicated farming or gardening works or for towing or carrying heavier loads, or you want to use oversize wheels and tyres for better off-road capabilities or even go racing, then your vehicle’s clutch system needs a different set-up, to match the use of the vehicle.

For these purposes, we have developed and offered 3 different types of clutch kits.

Our model-specific clutch kits include a detailed installation and set-up manual. Installation is not complicated but may require special tools and some technical knowledge, therefore professional installation and set-up are recommended.

Stage 1 Clutch Kit

Stage 1 clutch kit is an excellent choice for trail riding, occasional mud and sand riding, ploughing and hauling. Our most popular, best all-around use kit helps to transfer the engine power to the wheels better, so you can use the engine’s potential more effectively and the vehicle runs smoother, with the harsh take offs reduced.

Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits are possible to use also for models with 28"-32" tires, but only together with Stage 2 secondary upgrade spring

Using Stage 1 kit will not increase the vehicle´s top speed.

The latest updated kit - available from us - also includes the detailed adjustment information based on your vehicle specs (e.g. tyre size) or the conditions used - considering the outside temperatures and if used for fast road driving or slower, work use.

Stage 2 Clutch Kit

Stage 2 clutch kits have been developed for riding with oversize, heavier mud tires. It reduces belt slipping and protects the clutch from overheating. It also gives better low-end power and torque which results in crisp throttle response.

Kit includes also Stage 2 Secondary Clutch Spring.

The kit has gone through a long testing period – including real-life driving tests as well as the dynamometer tests - before this specific sеtup combination was chosen to go with this vehicle model / variator combination - the outcome you have here is the best and safest sеtup choice for you and your vehicle.
